𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐢𝐬 Sherri Keenan?
I am Sherri Keenan and I offer a transformative path through practice. Originally from South Dakota, my healing journey began in 2009 when I turned to yoga and bellydancing to support my mental and physical health and a life that was literally weighing me down. As I practiced, I found new ways to reconnect with my body and spirit, the hula hoop soon becoming a symbol of that transformation. A call to the shamanic path led me to explore even deeper truths, immersing myself in holistic practices and learning respect from powerful Lakota Traditions and Tribal Elders.
In 2014, I earned my first certification in Herbal Medicine, followed by my RYT200 certification at Yogaville in Virginia and my Reiki Master/Teacher certification a in 2015. My journey then took me across the country, from South Dakota to Florida, foraging to Vermont and back to Florida, where I founded Wild Woods Goods. Through this vision and continuing education, I offer trauma-sensitive yoga, somatic work, shamanic journeys, art therapy, herbal wellness and a full apothecary to support others on their healing paths. I’m honored to hold space for those seeking authenticity, growth, peace, and true connection, knowing each day is a practice and an opportunity to bring love and healing into the world.
