Weekly Hatha-Vinyasa Practice

A dynamic yet intentional movement practice that integrates breath with motion. This class moves at a steady pace and gradually progresses into a faster flow, fostering strength, flexibility, and balance while cultivating mindfulness. While it encourages stability and agility, the practice is tailored to accommodate all levels, with variations to meet different needs. We gather for dinner after practice on the last Thursday of each month. Let us know when your birthday is, so we can celebrate you!
