I’ve been thinking a lot about how important it is to take care of our hearts — and one of the easiest ways to do that is just by walking. It’s simple, it’s free, and it makes a big difference.

So I’m planning a Heart & Walk Meetup — a casual walk to get moving, connect with each other, and support our heart health together. Whether you’re an avid walker or just starting out, you’re welcome!
