Gratitude Meditation and Sound Journey

Drop in at Anchor and Tree Coffee Roasting for a guided meditation and sound journey hosted by Eddy and Rose Montez 🙏

The event will begin a guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) meditation combined with contactless Reiki to drop everyone into a deep state of relaxation and conscious awareness. From there you'll be immersed in a live sound experience featuring Rav Vast steel tongue pans, soothing vocals, Native American style flutes, Rainstick, Medicine drums, Didgeridoo, Tibetan chimes, bells, and singing bowls ✨

Bring a comfy mat and pillow to lay out or sit up if you're more comfortable. Eye masks optional but recommend 😎

Check-in starts at 2pm. Come early so you can settle in and grab a tasty beverage from our friends at Anchor and Tree before the event starts ☕
