Exotic Workout

Monthly series! Let's roll around and get our sensual dance on on the last Saturday of the month. I had a blast with our first class, and so did you! You'll be so busy feeling yourself that you almost won't notice how much of a workout these moves are. Almost 😉.

Bring:
-yoga mat for warm up!
-KNEE PADS
-stripper heels, sexy heels, or socks
-fitted, stretchy clothes
