Join yoga teacher Dorothy Lynn (@doorthylynn) and sound healer Ayla Dozier (@lady.dozi), on this journey of gentle yoga and vibrational alchemy.

Program Schedule:

• Vocal Meditation (15 minutes)
• Yin Yoga (1 hour)
• Tuning Fork Sound Bath (20 minutes)

Bring water and a yoga mat or blanket! There are yoga mats and blocks available at the venue but we want you to be comfortable!
