Breathwork with Nele & Glenda

Breathwork is a trauma-informed, holistic practice that uses conscious breathing techniques to help individuals connect more deeply with their body, nervous system, and inner emotional landscape. It supports the calming the mind and extends beyond by supporting the body in creating a safe space to feel and process grief, stress, or suppressed tension. In this approach, breathwork is woven together with grief work, spiritual care, and community support, so the breath becomes a tool for healing, release, transformation, and reclaiming agency over one's emotional and relational life.

Nele is a land steward, healer and artist blending herbalism, energy work, and ritual. Their intuitive, earth-centered practices support liberation and wellness through connection to lineage and land.
