This isn’t your standard tradeshow or luncheon! Here’s how the afternoon will flow:
🥗 Start with a quick lunch on the patio
🔔 After lunch, you’ll be arranged into groups of 8–10 based on a color on your badge.
🚶‍♀️ Groups will rotate through exhibitor “mini-sessions” — each vendor has just 5–6 minutes to share real-world HOA education and insights (no sales pitches, we promise!).
🛠️ From asphalt to trees, roofing to paint, you’ll see visual demos, tools, and insider tips on how these services support healthy, thriving HOA communities.
📚 You’ll also leave with an HOA Resource Guide, featuring quick-reference one-sheets from every presenter.
Think of it as speed learning meets hands-on expo — all designed to give you practical knowledge you can take back to your communities.
