From competing on Naked & Afraid to guiding others through life’s toughest challenges, Cheeney Plante brings resilience lessons home to UMA Saco.

A U.S. Air Force SERE (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape) specialist and finalist on the hit survival series, Cheeny knows what it takes to adapt, persevere, and find strength in any situation.

Join us on Oct. 7 at 1 p.m. as she shares stories of survival and the everyday life lessons that come with them — from problem-solving under pressure to finding humor in the hardest moments.
