What to Bring: This experience is best laying down so bring your yoga mat, foam mat, or zero-gravity chair along with blanket, pillow, eye mask, and water bottle for hydration. Note that disposable eye masks will be availble. Whatever you need to be comfortable. The experience will last approximately 1 hour. Disposable eye mask will be provided.
