These circles are a place to slow down, reconnect, and remember.
Each gathering weaves together yoga, meditation, relational horsemanship, and women’s community — guided by the rhythms of nature and the wisdom of the herd.

Through embodied practices, heartfelt conversation, and simple ritual, we explore the seasons of our inner lives — themes like grounding, release, nourishment, courage, and renewal.

No horse experience or yoga background is needed — only an open heart and a willingness to come as you are.

🔥 What You’ll Experience

Opening circle and guided reflection
Gentle yoga and somatic movement for grounding and embodiment
Guided meditation or ritual at the altar or fire 🔥
Time with the horses for presence, connection, and relational learning
Closing sharing and integration

Each circle offers a space of belonging — a reminder that we heal not by rushing to move on, but by being witnessed, tended, and seen.
