Don't Be Prey + Q&A at Kino Rye (UK)
Join us on Thursday 5 March at Kino Rye for a special screening of Don't Be Prey, followed by an in-person Q&A with coach Tim Denyer and swimmer Mark Sowerby.
Mark Sowerby’s pursuit of the Oceans Seven was defined by constant technical preparation and the reality of facing some of the most dangerous stretches of water on earth.
This Q&A is a chance to hear directly from Tim and Mark about that decade of work. We will move past the statistics to discuss the mechanics of their partnership, how a coach and swimmer manage risk, navigate near-failure, and maintain the resolve needed to finish what they started.
