The parade will begin at 6:30PM. Viewers are encouraged to dress in the spirit of Halloween! The parade will be LIVE broadcast on PEGTV for those unable to attend.

We want to remind everyone that participation in the Rutland Halloween Parade is free of charge. While donations are welcome and entirely optional, they can only be made through our official registration software. We will never ask you to send money via Venmo, PayPal, or any other payment methods outside of our approved system. If you encounter any suspicious requests for payment, please disregard them and report the incident to us immediately. Stay safe and enjoy the parade!

Road Closures for the Event:
The parade route consists of Strongs Avenue, Wales ST, West St (from Wales St to Merchants Row) and Merchants Row.
At approximately 1:00PM on October 26, 2024 parking on these streets will be prohibited.
Any vehicles parked along the parade route after 1:00pm could be towed at the owner’s expense.
The following roads will be closed to through traffic between 4:45pm-5:00pm:
