Attention all duelists,
I am Hunter Hayes, and I would like to welcome everyone to Draw Go Games for the new Yu-Gi-Oh Club (Insert date here). This is a completely casual club that is here for any and everyone to come sit down and play/trade Yu-Gi-Oh cards. The goal here is to create a similar feeling as Draw Go's commander night. Where we all come to talk with each other, see what others are playing and go with what you're most comfortable with. People can bring any deck they want whether it be our struggling pet decks, or your broken meta deck we are open to all. You can even play other formats or house rules if you would like as long as you and your opponent agree to it.
I personally will be bringing decks of all levels so if you're looking for an opponent at a certain level I got you covered.
If you have never played Yu-Gi-Oh, but want to learn, we will have that as well. We will be using two of the 2024 starter sets, so four decks in total to learn with.
As this is an open event for people of all ages we ask that we keep all accessories, (playmatts, sleeves, deck boxes, etc) to a family friendly level. We want everyone to feel comfortable and welcomed, so please be respectful and courteous. We are all here to learn, have fun, and make new connections with the game we all love.
If there are any comments or questions leave them here in the post and we will get back to them as soon as possible. Feel free to talk with each other on this as well. Even if you are not interested in yourself, but know others who are let them, let's spread the word out as far as we can.
I look forward to seeing and meeting everyone. I hope this is the beginning of a new go to event.
