BREED CLUBS: All Participating Breed Clubs encouraged to participate. Add your meet or meets to one or both cards. We will do our best to reach out to all clubs early to ensure we have coordinated with you for your meet, however if you have not heard from us do send an email to request your club meet(s).

VOLUNTEERS: Volunteers are always very much needed (and definitely much appreciated) for setup the weekend before the show. If you know ahead of time you will be available and can clear your day, please let us know.
MEMBERSHIP: VPBA Membership is NOT required to participate in the show. VPBA Membership is always encouraged. Membership continues to help the club to provide for the show and cover necessary basic expenses. Membership info available at: virginiapoultrybreeders.org/membership/
