Early Bird shopping is Thursday 7-9pm. Don't Forget!! You can shop during the early bird hours if you: Consign, Volunteer, or pay the $10 consignor fee. 2 Tickets are given for every fee paid.

From I-81 Southbound: Take exit 8 (White Pine exit), turn right onto S. Davy Crockett Parkway (25E), go 6.6 miles and then make a slight right turn onto E. Andrew Johnson Highway, make a left off the exit ramp onto E. Andrew Johnson Highway, destination is 2.4 miles on your left

Forms of Payment at the sale: Cash, check, debit and credit cards. A 3% charge is added to all credit and debit purchases. There is a $30 charge on all returned checks.
Everyone is welcome to shop at our sale. You do not have to be a consignor to shop.
How it works (to consign):
Pre-register on the Registration tab above. This will speed up the check-in process when you bring your items to the sale.
Price and tag your items - be sure to read the "Tagging" tab above and follow directions for tagging your items. Click here to learn HOW TO TAG MY ITEMS.
Bring your items, a self-addressed stamped envelope, an inventory list, and $10 consignor fee to the sale on drop-off day(s) The Armory drop off days this year 2025 will be Wednesday October 22nd 4pm - 8pm and on Thursday October 23rd between the hours of 9am - 6:30pm. PLEASE NOTE: you may experience longer wait times and items may not be put out until Friday for shopping if you drop off during the 5pm-6:30pm timeframe on Thursday.
The Pre-Sale shopping to take place on Thursday, October 23rd from 7 pm-9 pm. This portion of the sale is for Consignors, confirmed volunteers, and those who pay the $10 early shopping fee.
Pick-up or donate your unsold items on Saturday, October 25th from 5pm - 6pm. PLEASE NOTE: this is the ONLY available time to pick up your items. Any items not picked up within this timeframe will be considered donations to the sale.
Checks minus commission fees on all items sold will be mailed out 2 weeks AFTER the sale. Refer to the "Registration & Fees" tab for more information on commission fees.
Fees:
There is a $10 consignor fee regardless of the number of items consigned. The commission rate for most items is 30%. Please refer to the "Registration & Fees" tab for more information on commission fees.
You may ask- Why do we charge a fee to consign?
* To cover rental of facilities.
* To pay for advertising.
* To cover labor expenses.
* To provide a safe environment to shop for our expensive hobby!!!

Wednesday October 22nd 4pm-8pm- Consigner drop off only
Thursday October 23rd 9am- 6:30pm- Consigner drop off only.
Thursday October 23rd 7pm - 9pm - Work Exchange volunteers, consignors, and those who pay the $10 early shipping fee shop 7pm- 9pm.
Friday October 24th - 9am-7pm- Sale open to the public
Saturday October 25th - 9am-2pm- Sale open to the public.
Saturday, October 25th 5pm-6pm - Consignors Pick up unsold items ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP BY THIS TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED A DONATION TO THE SALE.
