After the loss of a loved one, simply being around others who understand can be comforting, even if you’re not ready to talk. You’re welcome to come just as you are. There’s no pressure to share.

Each weekly session covers a different topic, so you can start attending at any time. While we encourage joining us each week for the full experience, every session stands on its own.
