Switch Off and Unwind: Yoga & Sound Bath for STAUNCH
On Friday 20th February at Titchmarsh Clubroom. Starts 7:00 pm.
STAUNCH is delighted to be organising another yoga and sound bath evening, after the lovely response to the last one. It was such a calming and relaxing experience, and they’re excited to offer it again.
This time it’ll be in The Clubroom, for an evening of gentle movement, deep relaxation, and soothing sound.
No prior yoga experience is needed – the session is suitable for all abilities and focuses on gentle stretching and rest.
