Walk with Us

This is a lovely opportunity to meet other expectant parents and new parents in the local area.

Come along and join us for a lovely slow walk in nature and have a chat with the staff and other parents.

This is for all expectant parents and families with children under 2.

Past, new and existing families welcome.

Going for walks has numerous benefits on your physical and mental wellbeing. These include improved cardiovascular health, stress reduction, increased energy and improved sleep, making it a simple yet effective way to improve overall well-being.

We will meet by Bewitched for anyone who wants to get a drink to walk round with then we can head towards lake.

No need to book, just come along. All of Supportive Steps events are free!
