Come and join me for a talk and guided meditation on "Letting Go" cutting the cords of things that no longer serve you. Embarking on your own unique journey discovering you again or for the first time!Finding your inner calm, teaching you how too eradicate feelings of self-doubt, low confidence and low self -worth that's stopping you from discovering the "Power" of you!

As children we are affected by words and actions of others be it positive or negative by parent's, siblings, teacher's peers etc.

I shall take you through a guided meditation, cutting the cords that still bind you to the past, helping you to embark on your journey of self-discovery, nurturing the inner child, enabling you to stand in YOUR OWN POWER helping you moving forward.
