Come join us at the Digital Inclusion event where we will be issuing and promoting access to digital data sims at a friendly and welcoming environment. Don't miss out on this opportunity to claim your sim card. See you there!

Please leave contact details on submission for GP Health Connect to be able to contact you to confirm eligibility. Please note you must be a resident in Runcorn or registered at a GP Practice.

Individuals must be18+ years old AND from a low-income household and meet at least one of the following criteria:

• No or limited internet access at home OR have no or insufficient access to the internet when away from the home.
• Require digital access to manage long-term health conditions.
• Financial hardship preventing access to mobile data.
• Socially isolated individuals (e.g., elderly, disabled, carers).
• People facing homelessness, domestic abuse survivors, or other vulnerable situations.
