Discover Inversions

Inversions may seem intimidating, but they incorporate many foundational elements that students are already familiar with and offer great benefits when practiced correctly. Spend two hours with Katherine McManus and begin developing your headstands and handstands. This class includes a full practice that emphasizes the importance and work of standing postures, which will support and enhance your inversion practice.
