About the event

Next Generation ready: Sustainable parasite management in a changing climate workshop
Aimed at NSA Next Generation - under 35s.

A programme of National Sheep Association workshops will start on Thursday 11th September at Cowley Hill Farm, Stafford, by kind permission of Will Roobottom and lead by independent sheep consultant and SCOPS Technical Adviser Nerys Wright.

This session, designed for young sheep farmers, will cover sustainable parasite management, highlighting the impact of resistance and climate change. It will include practical tools like FECs, weight monitoring, and targeted treatments. A case study on Haemonchus contortus and an open discussion will round out the session.

This is a free event, including refreshments and a goody bag.
