Were there Dinosaurs in Lutterworth?

Join Darryl the Geologist for a fun, hands-on workshop this October half term to discover whether dinosaurs once roamed Cotesbach! Designed for children 7-12 years.

Explore the fascinating geology beneath your feet, uncover prehistoric secrets hidden in the village buildings, and piece together clues to answer the big question: Were there dinosaurs at Cotesbach? During the session, you will:

- Hunt for fossils of your own
- Take part in a geology walk around the yard
- Learn amazing facts about Earth’s history
- Share your own rock collection (if you bring specimens from home, Darryl will reveal their stories!)

Designed for children aged 7–12 years ago, these workshops bring geology to life, connecting what’s learned in school with real-world science in an exciting and interactive way.
