Sourdough Making Workshop

Join Andreea from Super Me Foods in Rugby for this hands on sourdough making workshop on Friday 5th December (6.30pm start)....

You’ll discover
✨ How to care for your own sourdough starter
✨ The secrets behind long fermentation and why it’s better for your gut
✨ Practical tips for kneading, shaping, and baking beautiful loaves at home
✨ How to fit sourdough baking into your weekly routine

You’ll take home:
🍞 Your very own active, established starter
🍞 A mixed dough to practice fermenting, shaping and baking at home
🍞 A freshly baked loaf that you have shaped.
🍞 Basic recipe for sourdough loaf

Ingredients and equipment are provided

𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞: 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐛𝐨𝐰𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐢𝐱 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐥𝐤 𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠. You can bring an apron if you prefer.
