WHAT TO EXPECT
You will be making and cooking a delicious sourdough focaccia bread using slowly fermented sourdough dough. To decorate, we will be using a multitude of vegetables and herbs to create a beautiful “ garden” effect that not is not only beautiful but also delicious.
There will be a step by step, follow along guide on how to achieve this deliciously soft yet crunchy bread.
During bake time, we will talk about the benefits of eating sourdough based breads, how to look after our gut health and what we could eat to improve our overall gut health. You will be provided with a hot or cold drink but you are welcome to bring a bottle if you wish.
Once baked, you can try your creation dipped in olive oil and balsamic vinegar and of course take the rest home to enjoy at a later date.
The focaccia bread will be around 500g. You will be provided with everything you need on the night. You may want to bring an apron however.
