Cinnamon rolls are one of the world’s most beloved sweet treats—comforting, indulgent, and always a crowd-pleaser.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to give this classic bake a gut-friendly twist with sourdough.
Guided by us, you’ll discover how to:
* Mix, shape, and roll enriched sourdough dough
* Master the art of slow fermentation for incredible flavour and texture
* Tips on to achieve fluffy soft rolls
* Bake and glaze your cinnamon rolls to perfection
Whether you’re new to sourdough or already love baking, this workshop is designed to be fun, informative, and delicious. You’ll leave with your own batch of ready to bake in the morning rolls, the know-how to recreate them at home, and a new appreciation for why cinnamon rolls are such an enduring favourite around the world.
As sourdough cinnamon rolls are a slow fermented delicacy, although your batch will be ready in the morning , during the workshop you will be able to sample a freshly baked sourdough cinnamon roll , while enjoying a glass of wine or soft drink. We will also talk through the benefits of improved gut health and tips how to achieve it.
All ingredients and equipment are provided. Just bring your enthusiasm, apron and a sweet tooth!
