Join us for an evening of gentle exploration and inner connection. Together we will journey through the chakras using meditation, healing practices, sound therapy, voice activation, beeja seed mantras and affirmations. This is a space to slow down, restore balance and reconnect with your natural energy.

Suitable for complete beginners as well as those wishing to deepen their practice. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, calm and uplifted.
