French Organ Showpieces - Fiona Brown

A one-hour recital of music by Vierne, Messiaen and other composers of the great French organ tradition.

This concert is given in aid of the King Charles community hall restoration project.

Programme includes:
- Improvisation sur le “Te Deum” - Charles Tournemire, written down by Maurice Durufle
- Scherzo – Eugene Gigout
Choral no.3, in A – Cesar Franck
- Apparition de l'eglise eternelle – Olivier Messiaen
- Carillon de Westminster – Louis Vierne
