On the evening Atul will be interviewed about his 30 year legacy, following which he will chat with guests as they enjoy an exclusive specially curated five course dinner at Essence at The Pantiles. A unique opportunity to enjoy a fabulous meal in the company of one of the country’s finest chefs and fellow Trinity family members.

6.30pm Arrival drinks
7.00pm Audience with Atul in the bar.
7.30pm Guests seated for dinner.
10.30pm Carriages.
