Have you ever wondered where some of your body pain or anxiety comes from? Have you ever imagined a life where you can heal your past traumas, and shed all the layers placed on you by others? Have you ever imagined a life with a healthy routine, and your vision of the future looking bright? When traumatic experiences happen to us, the energy is stored in our body in different energy centers. When we continually think negative thoughts in our heads, or worse express them out loud, we store that energy as well. Worrying about our future or dwelling in our past can leave us stuck in self-damaging cycles, keeping us from reaching our highest selves and living our best lives. This program was designed through research, intuition, & self experience combined. It was created to help you process those traumas in a healthy holistic way, using several methods that immerse all the senses. Each month starting in April you get an entire weekend to work on yourself in the peaceful mountains of Maine.
At the end of a dead end road with the most beautiful mountain views, especially at sunset, you will find The Om Dome, a magical space created to bring community together in peace and love. There is plenty of space for the daily chakra based yoga, breath work, meditations, sound baths, and ceremony open to all faiths and beliefs that you will partake in. There's a large kitchen that will offer you infused water & tea, as well as host healthy meals from a local farm/cafe. All of which are of course chakra based each month. The space itself will be filled with colors, crystals, sounds, & scents to completely immerse you from the time you walk through the door. The walkout basement holds an art space for checking in with our creative side and of course including some color therapy. It also includes a decent sized book nook of spiritual & self-help books that all are welcome to use if they need a quiet corner to themselves. Downstairs you'll also find a co-ed bunk room with 5 bunks to house 10 souls. The 5 bottom bunks have privacy curtains, a shelf, and outlet for a completely private feel at bedtime. I will combine journaling and holistic practices, the senses, and knowledge acquired from the book Anatomy of the Spirit to help you purge as many layers as possible.
I will be completely honest, this will be work. Nothing that will make you grow into your best version of yourself, is going to be comfortable or easy, but it will be worth it. I make sure to balance the work you'll do, with therapeutic AND healing sound baths, foot soaks, meals, & energy sessions. I can't guarantee you'll leave the retreat reborn a new person, but I can guarantee you'll be glade you went! ❤
There are only 10 spots available total for this retreat. In order to reserve your spot, you must pay for half of your spot via Venmo or Paypal once your application is excepted. The rest must be received at least 10 days before the retreat. Most of the cost is covering the food, and board because I want you guys to have the best experience possible while you heal.
The price of this all inclusive weekend long retreat is $266 and includes a 2 night stay in our co-ed bunk room, access to the community spaces in the dome, healthy locally sourced meals, all workshops held including yoga, meditation, breath work, art therapy, an opening chakra ceremony with journaling therapy, nature therapy, a Friday night potluck meet n greet, a magical sound bath, meditative foot soak, and a closing fire ceremony. You have the option to add on a personal intuitive healing session for $50 or guarantee a private bottom bunk for $40.
This retreat has been a dream in the making, fueled by love and passion to heal and help others. Once you leave one of my retreats I wont leave you high and dry should you need a little more support. I will include with your membership to the retreats, access to an online webpage that will suggest different you tube videos of all the same methods you'll experience at the retreat. You will also receive a little gift at the beginning of each retreat you will be able to take with you, that will help you along your healing road. Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional, so let's start healing together so the suffering can stop!
