Halloween Exercise & Craft Workshop

Halloween Exercise & Craft Workshop will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at the Person County Senior Center and YOU are invited! We’ll have a spooky good time with a fun 30-minute cardio, strength and flexibility workout. This is an all-standing program or chair exercises, with no floor work. All exercises are geared towards beginners and midlife and older active adults. It is FREE to attend, but advance registration is required by calling the Senior Center at 336-599-7484 or the Extension Office at 336-599-1195. After the exercise, participants will be invited to complete a Wooden Pumpkin Craft. Participants are invited to wear a Halloween theme shirt or costume as well.
