About Courtney
Courtney is a long time yoga practitioner turned yoga teacher who uses yoga as a tool to manage her own chronic illness and complex PTSD. She believes yoga makes her a better person and allows her to be present. Through yoga, she has found joy and relief and she loves sharing that with others.
Accessibility
We specialize in teaching yoga that is accessible, comfortable, and beneficial for people with all kinds of bodies. Chairs are available and they’re a versatile tool that can be used for yoga. You can hold on to a chair to help with balance and you can use the chair to sit on if you’re not comfortable standing or lying on the floor.
If you’d prefer not to sit or lay on the floor, please contact the studio to reserve one of our cushioned yoga platforms. These platforms allow you to sit and move to a lying position without having to get down onto the floor.
We’re happy to support your yoga practice in a way that is comfortable for your body.
