International Women’s Day Girls Only Training Event 💗💪

Join us for a special girls-only training session designed to build strength, speed, confidence, and community in a supportive environment created just for them.

This event is perfect for girls ages 8-18 who are curious about training, new to the gym, or simply want to celebrate International Women’s Day surrounded by other strong, motivated girls. Our coaches will lead an age-appropriate workout focused on fundamentals, empowerment, and fun.

Spots are limited to keep the experience personal and impactful, just $10 a girl!
