Beginners Series with Courtney

Get started with yoga with our 4 week Beginners Series!

A consistent yoga practice boosts the health of your body and mind. In the Beginners Series, you’ll learn:
-Common yoga poses and how to customize them to suit your unique body
-What to expect in a typical yoga class
-How to comfortably improve your strength, flexibility, and balance
-How to use the various yoga props

We teach yoga that is accessible for people with all kinds of bodies. Everyone is welcome!

Classes are 60 minutes long and meet once a week for four weeks. Registration is limited to 12 participants; please register early to secure your spot.

About Courtney:
Courtney is a long time yoga practitioner turned yoga teacher who uses yoga as a tool to manage her own chronic illness and complex PTSD. She believes yoga makes her a better person and allows her to be present. Through yoga, she has found joy and relief and she loves sharing that with others.

Fee: $75 (includes mat rental)
