Get ready for some spooky fun! We are excited to announce our End of Season Celebration and Trunk-or-Treat Event! This is our chance to thank all our dedicated players, coaches, and parents for a fantastic year.
Event Details
• Date: Saturday, October 25th
• Time: 11 am - 1 pm
• Location: At the baseball field! Participating vehicles will park on the grass by Minors Field.
Medal Presentation & Fun Activities
At the event, every player will receive their well-deserved end-of-season medal! It's a special moment to celebrate their hard work and teamwork.
We’ll also have games and special activities set up, but the highlight is the Trunk-or-Treat!
👻 We Need Your Decorated Trunks! 🎃
For the Trunk-or-Treat to be a success, we need parent volunteers to decorate their vehicle trunks or set up a small table and hand out candy. Get creative! Think baseball themes, classic monsters, or silly costumes!
The Best Decoration Contest!
This year, the kids get to judge! All participating players will vote for their favorite decorated spot, and the winning family will receive a special prize! It's a fun way to showcase your creative spirit and friendly competition.
If you plan to decorate a trunk or table, please let us know when you RSVP so we can reserve your space and get a headcount for planning.
🎟️ Fundraising Fun: 50/50 Raffle
We will also be running a 50/50 Raffle during the event to help raise funds for new equipment and field maintenance for the upcoming season.
Be sure to bring cash to purchase your tickets! Half of the proceeds go directly back to RLMYB, and the other half goes to one lucky winner! The drawing will be held at 12:45 pm the day of, You must be present to win!
