Refund Policy

**Cancellation and Refunds:**

Full refunds are available for cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop date. Cancellations made 3-6 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided for cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop date, as materials and catering arrangements will have been finalized.

**Workshop Cancellation by Organizer:** If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available workshop date at no additional cost.

**Refund Processing:** All approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email. No refunds will be given for non-attendance without prior cancellation notice.
