Winter Pool Swimming – Intermediate following Don Fink program starts Mon 28th Apr

This is a short 8-week block, in the inside WARM pool.
Let’s be honest. I’m only setting this up because Kelly & I HATE the cold water in mornings, and we need some accountability to get our asses back in the water – please help us do that!

Kelly Duncan will lead this, and plonk up a laminated copy of the Don Fink swim program - you simply do what you can off the program, within the hour.

JTP pays for the lane, you just pay for your swim entry.
The beginner technique sessions with Tara will be next to us.

To Bring:
Togs, swim cap, goggles (can buy all these from reception)
Any swim toys if you have them
Cash for pool entry

MUST BOOK TO GET YOUR SPOT – number limited to one lane.
