Make Preserves from the Māra Kai

Learn how to preserve summer fruit and vegetables from your garden.
We will use a selection from the Māra Kai to make relish and/or sauces so that the taste of summer is preserved for you and your whanau in a jar. We will make three preserves using Pumpkin, Tomatoes, and Rhubarb from LPCC Māra Kai.
Bring your apron.
You will take home : ideas, recipes and at least one jar of summer sauce.
