The Rotorua Latin American community alongside Rotorua Multicultural Council and Rotorua Lakes Council look forward to sharing a vibrant celebration of the Independence Day of Chile, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Mexico and Brazil!

Come and experience the rich cultures, music, dance, and delicious traditional foods from these beautiful Latin American countries at the Rotorua Night Market on Thursday 11 September 2025 from 5pm to 8pm.

This celebration is a tribute to their national identities, cultural heritage, and the enduring spirit of liberty that unites Latin America.
