Join us on Sunday 31st August 11am - 2pm for our Rothesay Joint Campus gala day.
Fun in store on the day will include live entertainment, a bake sale, vintage tractor, ‘sponge the teacher’, traditional games, stalls from Bute Community Forest and Positive Pedals, crafts and jewellery making from Bonnie Bling, drama games by Charlie from Bute Youth Theatre, plant sale and more!
This day of activities and stalls is all in aid of raising vital funds to improve the school playground while having a great day out. Play is essential for our children’s physical health, confidence and wellbeing - bring them along on the day to have fun whilst raising money for them to enjoy our playground even more in the future!
Suggested donation for entrance only £2 per person (age 5 and above) or £5 per family (2 adults and up to 3 children) which includes a hot drink or juice with a biscuit. Primary age children must be accompanied by an adult.
Please get in touch if you would like to volunteer to help out on the day. We will also be accepting pre loved toys, books and bric-à-brac (in good, clean condition please) which can be dropped off at school from Wednesday 27th onwards.
Donations of bottles for our bottle stall will also be gratefully received: unopened in-date bottles of all kinds, from shampoo, ketchup and lemonade to beer, champagne and single malt whiskey! Drop off at school also from Wednesday 27th August.
Home baking to be donated from 9.30am on the day - no nuts please.
