Shamanic journeying is an ancient practice used for over 100,000 years to access hidden realms and connect with the spiritual world. Traditionally, shamans work with helping spirits to address spiritual blockages, retrieve lost power, and seek guidance for themselves or their community.
The good news? You don’t need to be a shaman to benefit from this practice!
At the Shamanic Drumming & Journeying Circle, you’ll learn how the drum and rattle can shift your brainwaves into a meditative state, making it easier to connect with your guides. Each session includes guided journeys, free-flowing drumming, and opportunities to share your experiences in a safe, supportive space.
• When and Where?
We meet monthly, Innellan Village Hall and online on different dates. Sessions run from 7:00–8:30 PM.
• Fee
£10 cash or card on the evening. Let me know that you're intending to come along :)
• What to Bring?
Drums and rattles are encouraged, but no worries if you don’t have one—I have spares to share!
• Beginners Welcome!
No experience? No problem! Reach out before your first session, and I’ll make sure you’re comfortable and ready to dive in.
