The focus is on gentle movement, simple steps, and joyful expression - no pressure, no stress, and no prior dance experience needed.

Heather’s supportive approach makes it easy to build confidence, improve balance, and stay active, all while having fun in a relaxed and social atmosphere. Come as you are - just bring comfortable clothes and an open mind!
