I have decided to take a leap of faith and bring an idea that I’ve been sat on for a while to life…

We all know that young people are more isolated than ever before.

The number of teens that are struggling with their mental health and wellbeing is rising and the waiting lists to even be seen for support are lengthy and sometimes the wait to get the right support can be another hurdle to have to jump through!

I am a children’s mental health practitioner by profession, a fitness instructor, a huge lover of the outdoors and love a good walk and talk with people I trust.

So, here we go on a new adventure to get young people talking, to build a community, to have a laugh, to be in nature but most of all to give teenagers a space to have some good ‘old fashioned’ human connection ✨
