Autism & ADHD Voice & Influence Group

Welcome to the Autism & ADHD Voice & Influence Group!

Join us at Riverside House Library for an exciting in-person gathering where autistic individuals can come together to share their voices and make an impact.

In this session we'll be focusing on experiences around the All-Age Autism Strategy priorities in Rotherham.

The priorities include:

Mental health
Information & Advice
Diagnostic Process
Education
Physical Health
Employment & Volunteering
Housing
Social Care
Hospital Admissions
Unpaid Carers
Criminal Justice System

As a group we'll chat about what has worked well and what has not worked well when accessing support for yourself or neurodivergent loved ones. This could be through the NHS, Local Authority, charities & third sector groups and more! Your voice will be used to influence and shape the delivery plan for the All Age Autism Strategy in Rotherham.

We'll also talk about the future of the Voice & Influence groups, we'll be planning more sessions in the future very soon so please watch this space!

When: Tuesday 16th December 2025 at 10.30am-12.00pm

Where: Riverside House Library. Once you have booked your place you will be emailed details of where to find us inside the library.

Who: Autistic adults age 18+

The group will be facilitated by Ellie (Project Lead -All Ages Autism Strategy ) and a volunteer. The audio of the session will be recorded for the purpose of note-taking.
