Group class up to 8 ppl where you are guided through the 7 simple Exercises designed to target the psoas muscle to reintroduce the body to its natural balancing mechanism through gentle shaking. Resulting in reduction of stress, and muscle tension. TRE exercises help with reduction of stress, muscle tension, digestive issues, anxiety, brain fog, inter relational stress, PTSD. $65 per person
