As small business owners, we are always collecting important client data that allows us to have valuable information on our clients and customers. We might obtain anything from basic demographic information to information about consumer buying habits and product or service needs. Once we have all of this data, it often lives inactively in our database. But there are ways we can actively leverage this data to enhance many facets of our business. In this workshop, Brett will share with us ways we can use our existing client databases to help us build and elevate our customer experience as well as our efforts of networking, outreach and client engagement through our businesses!
