Introduction to Nature Photography

Join Chattahoochee Nature Center for a workshop to help you make better photographs of wild subjects such as butterflies, blooms, and landscapes. Whether you are a novice or an advanced photographer, CNC’s grounds provide a perfect opportunity to photograph a variety of subjects in a more controlled environment. This is a hands-on program with instruction and coaching. You’ll learn about what camera settings to use for different types of photos, how to create outstanding compositions, tips on field techniques, editing tips for your images, and much more. Participants should bring their own camera.

Your instructor, Eric Bowles, is a professional nature photographer leading workshops and providing private instruction throughout the southeast. His photography has been featured in galleries, publications and collections of businesses and individuals. Eric is a featured photographer on The Weather Channel. He is a Board member of the North American Nature Photography Association and Vice President of Georgia Nature Photography Association.
