Bask in harmonious tones as we welcome the balanced, loving energy of Halloween. Gentle sounds from crystal singing bowls and other instruments will guide you into deep relaxation, inviting inner peace, restored harmony, and a renewed sense of connection.


Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, favorite crystal, journal/pen, or anything else that helps you feel comfortable and supported. Drinking lots of water after the sound bath is strongly encouraged.
