Halloween Hikes

Embrace the spirit of the season as Halloween Hikes returns for its 40th year at Chattahoochee Nature Center.

Halloween Hikes brings to life the stories of some of our resilient resident raptors, amphibians, and mammals that call the Chattahoochee Watershed home. Explore the wonders of nature at night like never before on both the paved Wildlife Walk and the ADA-compliant River Boardwalk Trail. Guests can also enjoy glow-in-the-dark games, arts and crafts, face painting, food trucks, s’mores, craft beer, wine, and a signature cocktail!

Tailor your experience to your schedule and interests. Arrive at the pavilion when ready to embark on the hike route.

>> In addition to our traditional hike, visitors can now experience The Haunted Quest: An immersive scavenger hunt to test your mystery-solving skills on one of our trails.

>> Recommended for ages 12 and up. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
